Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy applications used for factory and planning operations. - Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and global stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. - Maintain development and test server environments to support software lifecycle activities. - Explore new technologies and integrate them into application designs to enhance functionality. - Apply sound software engineering principles and usability design to ensure application optimization. - Monitor and assess system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in software development, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training, OR a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with no prior professional experience. - Proficiency in software development languages such as C#, Python, or equivalent, and SQL programming (MS or Oracle). - Knowledge of design patterns and frameworks (e.g., MVVM WPF, ASP.Net MVC, MVP). - Demonstrated ability to operate across software development tiers and use open-source languages such as JavaScript or others.
