ServiceNow Engineer - ESG, Health & Safety

Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions with a primary focus on ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management. Configure and enhance ESG capabilities including Metric Definitions, Data Collection, ESG Reporting, Disclosure Frameworks, Goals & Targets, Attestations, and Sustainability Program Management. Develop and support Health & Safety processes including Incident Reporting, Investigations, Corrective Actions, Safety Observations, Hazard Management, and Regulatory Reporting. Configure and enhance Audit Management capabilities including Audit Planning, Audit Engagements, Findings, Recommendations, Action Tracking, and Remediation Management. Develop workflows, integrations, APIs, dashboards, reports, workspaces, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities. Leverage AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions. Support testing, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and solution design artifacts. Qualification / Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience. Experience with ServiceNow ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management applications. Strong ServiceNow Platform development experience including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Workspaces, Platform Configuration, and Automation. Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs. Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI-enabled experiences. Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, governance, performance optimization, and upgrade management. Knowledge of ESG reporting, sustainability metrics, workplace safety, audit processes, compliance requirements, and operational governance. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile product delivery environments. About Micron Technology, Inc.
