Handled a P&L of USD15M + and 20 + Clients Has led teams of 150+ people across countries. Has helped win multi-million-dollar deals. Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC. Has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East or APAC. Engineering or computer science degree.
