The Position As a Product Manager for Platform Operations and Governance, you will define and execute technical governance processes that ensure ServiceNow platform excellence. You will develop standards and practices to maintain architecture integrity, support platform operating model implementation, and guide the platform's strategic direction while fostering end-user adoption and cross-functional collaboration. Job responsibilities Defines, guides, and executes technical governance processes and standards for the ServiceNow platform Provides technical evaluation of demands against platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices Supports design and implementation of the platform operating model to achieve outcomes and drive adoption Manages release schedule, frequency, and content; understands team capacity and priorities to shape releases effectively Supports ServiceNow roadmap development and delivery through technical direction and strategic decision-making Works closely with the core platform team during upgrades and new application implementations Resolves code promotions, collisions, and discrepancies across environments Participates in governance processes with the platform architect and guides process owners on technical standards alignment Manages stakeholder expectations, removes impediments, and creates collaboration efficiencies across teams Defines success metrics, analyzes platform capability trends, and implements process improvements Supports team development and maintains a sustainable, high-performing work environment Ownership of development initiatives which are executed by a delivery team Provide leadership to the technical governance and development of the platform Qualifications Experience: 5+ relevant years in product management, platform operations, or program management with proven delivery of complex initiatives 3+ relevant years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and governance Demonstrated experience defining and implementing governance frameworks and operating models 3+ relevant experience in technical project delivery Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience Core Competencies: Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices Strong IT governance, risk, and compliance framework expertise Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and empower autonomous teams Intellectual curiosity, integrity, and passion for innovation Conflict management and Program management Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
