Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders. Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement. Ensure successful start-up, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations. Build strong customer relationships and act as the main operational escalation point. Manage workforce planning, productivity, and operational costs. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups. Strong leadership skills with experience leading large teams through multiple layers. Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Intermediate to advanced English.
