Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

What this job involves: Manage and oversee the daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments Develop and implement AP policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy Analyse AP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings Prepare and review various AP reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor analysis Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor relationships, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues Mentor junior AP team members, providing guidance and training as needed Collaborate with other departments to streamline AP processes and integrate with other financial systems Participate in month-end and year-end close processes Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the AP function Sound like you? To apply, you need to be: 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients is preferable). Motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work. Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions. Self – supporting; diligent. Ability to work methodically and efficiently. Process-driven approach to work. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop. Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Intermediate / Advanced PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel. Including Excel Pivot Tables & Microsoft Access.
