Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. A solid foundation in understanding market dynamics and formulating effective marketing strategies. 2. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the adhesive or tape- related products industry is highly preferred. Familiar with IOT related segments will be preferred. Familiarity with the characteristics, applications, and market trends of such products will enable quicker adaptation to the role. 3.Customer at the core: Candidates with experience in working with key accounts are preferred. This involves the ability to understand and analyze leading customers needs, and tailor marketing approaches accordingly. 4. Marketing Skills: Proficiency in market segmentation, target market identification, and developing targeted marketing campaigns. 5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with cross - functional teams, clients, and partners. The ability to collaborate effectively within the organization is crucial for successful marketing initiatives. 6. Delivery Result: The capacity to analyze market challenges, develop innovative solutions, and adapt to changing market conditions.
