Your Team, Your Impact We are a leading company in the optical communication industry, specializing in advanced PAM4 DSP, BBA, CDSP, and AEC solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Optics DSP, AEC, Drivers, and TIAs business. What You Can Expect Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and DWR goals. Sell optical products including PAM4 DSP/Drivers/TIAs and Ethernet AEC DSPs. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships from the executive level to the engineer level. Manage a team to achieve business goals and team development goals. Manage accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with distributors to ensure good supply support for customers. Collaborate with Business Units, FAE, and AE teams to drive the business growth and new design wins. Collaborate with Cloud sales team to align the strategy and demand forecast. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the optical module market. Provide detailed knowledge of product solutions, including Optics DSP, Drivers, TIAs, AEC and etc., to potential and existing customers. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, competitive information and customer feedback. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential customers. Self-motivated and exhibit excellent teamwork to ensure the success of Marvell and individual groups. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. An advanced degree is a plus. 15+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, with 10+ years in optical communication. Additional experience in telecommunication systems is preferred. Deep understanding of optical transceivers, optical transmission systems, and optical networks. Good understanding of Data Center architecture, computing, networking, and storage products. Good understanding of AI infrastructure and interconnect. Fluency in English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business. Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
