Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop PCB designs, solve complex thermal and power delivery challenges, and incorporate advanced manufacturing technologies into cost-effective, production-level designs. Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and product qualification. Prepare engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and change orders. Proven collaboration with production shops and manufacturing teams to streamline processes, enhance quality control, and ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation. Understanding of relevant US, European, and Asian regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure safety and environmental compliance. Demonstrated lifecycle product ownership of complex products from inception to volume production. Experience working with cross-functional support groups, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Compliance, Safety, and Sustainability.
