Support GMP qualification activities for new technology and continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Capital Projects Manage capital project- work with stakeholders to scope out project, manage activities across all project phases and ensure on-time completion Responsible for sourcing and procuring of equipment and instrumentation required for the project Ensure contractors’ work on site is carried out safely and to a high level of quality Ensure project deliverables satisfies GSK Quality Management System (QMS) standards and Engineering Standard (GES) requirements As a SME, work with Automation Engineer to design and implement system automation Work closely with site utilities experts to implement, monitor energy usage/ efficiency of new air cooled chiller system Train FM Engineers and Plant Technicians on maintaining/operating new equipment undefined Commissioning and Qualification Support process engineering team in commissioning and qualification activities for new technology/capability and improvement projects Develop, execute, and review validation protocols and related documentation Lead the resolution of validation events and escalate concerns in a timely manner Key Requirement Minimum degree in relevant engineering field with at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience. Highly knowledgeable and competent in their field of work. Demonstrate excellent GMP behaviour and safe practices. Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical trouble-shooting experience. Strong leadership in team management. Good analytical skill in investigation. Lead complex issues investigation and detailed troubleshooting.
