Department Overview The role of the NA MCN Project Support Specialist is to provide support to the MCN SDI project managers across the US territories including Commercial/Enterprise and Federal as well as Canada. Job Description The Project Support Specialist supports a team of dedicated project managers, engineers, and technicians by executing key administrative, procurement, and workflow tasks. This role assists field project managers with order processing, vendor communication, compliance tracking, and administrative operations to ensure successful project implementation. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Procurement Support: Create purchase order requisitions for project implementation services. Process urgent equipment order requests (risk expenditures). Assist project managers with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Submit equipment change orders and expedites, following up with the order management team to ensure timely shipments and maintain implementation schedules. Manage accounts payable tasks associated with purchase orders, serving as a point of contact between project managers and suppliers. Compliance & Logistics: Ensure Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance is met per supplier standards and communicate required updates to suppliers. Obtain tracking information for lost or misplaced equipment. Process Improvement & Training: Work with the Kissflow team to develop, test, and refine transaction workflow processes to improve ease of use for project managers. Join team calls to provide instruction and guidance to project managers when new processes are implemented. Required Knowledge & Skills: Coupa - Easy Buy iProcurement Kissflow Google Workspace Target Base Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
