Department Overview Provisioning And Common Services Job Description Job Description Looking for highly skilled and self-driven Java Developer with good experience in core java and spring boot to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance, scalable applications and will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions. Basic Requirements Technical Requirement: 4+ years Java experience with strong expertise in Core Java and Web Technologies. Spring Framework & Spring Boot proficiency, including RESTful Web Services. Multithreading & concurrency knowledge for building high-performance applications. Java EE platforms experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. Database expertise (SQL/NoSQL) with hands-on query optimization and schema design. Microservices architecture understanding and experience in distributed systems. Version control systems like Git for collaborative development. Unit testing & automation (JUnit, Mockito) with CI/CD pipeline exposure. Strong analysis and debugging skills with ability to resolve complex issues quickly. Soft Skills: Communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Strong problem-solving mindset with logical and analytical thinking. Adaptability to embrace new challenges and emerging technologies. Team collaboration in agile/scrum environments.
