Project Manager Senior Lead - Capital Markets Professional Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join FIS's Capital Markets Professional Services organisation. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of client-facing projects across our Quantum business, working with consultants, technical specialists and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining strong governance and commercial control. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team and play a key role in delivering complex implementations, upgrades and consulting engagements for leading financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Quantum projects, including implementations, upgrades and consulting engagements. Take ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, governance and client communication. Manage project financials, including resource forecasts, billing, change requests and budget tracking. Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate consultants and technical specialists to ensure delivery commitments are met. Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain project plans / logs and backlogs using tools such as Planview, Jira and Monday.com. Ensure delivery remains aligned to contractual commitments and agreed project objectives. Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committees and executive updates. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Project Management Office and Capital Markets practice. Skills and Experience Required Essential: Significant project management experience within financial services, fintech or enterprise software delivery. Proven experience managing client-facing professional services projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills. Desirable Experience within treasury, risk management or capital markets. Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial management skills. Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience with Planview, Jira and similar project management tools. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment. Exposure to Quantum or similar financial services platforms. Professional project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent). Additional European language skills.
