Job Title Program Manager What Does a successful Program Manager do at Fiserv? As a successful Program Manager, you will ensure Fiserv consistently delivers on its commitments to strategic financial institution clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, delivery excellence and long-term partnership value by orchestrating complex programs and portfolios across the organization. What you will do: · Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high-complexity programs, portfolios or projects of strategic importance. · Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client leaders and internal partners. · Act as a strategic advisor to clients—providing insight, guidance and best-fit solutions to achieve desired business outcomes. · Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs roadmap, delivery and solution decisions. · Own client business objectives and success metrics. · Lead development of integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery schedules. What you will need to have: · Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field or equivalent experience. · 6+ years of experience in program and project management within business environments. · Proven success delivering large, complex and strategic programs. · Demonstrated experience with data-driven management, metrics and executive reporting. · Experience influencing cross-functional teams. What would be great to have: · 3+ years of experience in the financial services or payments industry. · Deep understanding of program/project management lifecycles and delivery governance. · Broad knowledge of platform-based solutions and enterprise technology environments. #LI-PN1 You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
