HIH - Program Management Advisor Position Summary: The Program Management Advisor will enable disciplined execution across Hyderabad's strategic and operational priorities, including Engineering Excellence, Transition Management, Site Operations, leadership engagements, and other transformation initiatives. Reporting to the designated program leader, the role will integrate plans, governance, metrics, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination to improve visibility, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely follow-through in a complex, matrixed environment. Job Description & Responsibilities: Program Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination Establish and manage integrated plans, governance cadences, milestones, RAID logs, decisions, and action trackers across assigned initiatives. Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Workplace Services, Communications, and other partner teams. Drive alignment across workstreams, identify and resolve dependencies, and escalate risks or decisions requiring leadership intervention. Facilitate governance forums and ensure clear ownership, timely follow-through, and closure of commitments. Support adoption of scalable operating models, frameworks, and governance mechanisms across functions and geographies. Metrics, Insights & Executive Reporting Establish and maintain KPI scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms with clear definitions, ownership, and data-quality controls. Analyze operational, engineering, workforce, and program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex inputs into concise executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-oriented narratives. Coordinate recurring reporting inputs and maintain a consistent, reliable view of progress against strategic objectives. Special Projects & Transformation Initiatives Lead or support strategic initiatives and special projects sponsored by Hyderabad leadership, from planning through execution and outcome tracking. Conduct benchmarking, research, maturity assessments, and business analysis to inform recommendations and business cases. Develop and refine operating models, governance frameworks, process improvements, and capability-building interventions. Enable execution and visibility across initiatives that strengthen Hyderabad’s effectiveness, scalability, and strategic value. Site Operations & Leadership Engagements Coordinate governance and execution tracking for site operations priorities, leadership forums, and cross-functional reviews. Plan and manage leadership visits and engagement programs, including agendas, stakeholder alignment, briefing materials, session readiness, and post-visit action tracking. Consolidate site-level updates, decisions, and risks into leadership-ready reporting and ensure follow-through on agreed priorities. Success Measures Predictable delivery of milestones, with risks, dependencies, and decisions surfaced early and managed to closure. Timely, accurate, and decision-ready dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting. Clear accountability and improved follow-through across cross-functional initiatives and leadership commitments. Consistent governance and reusable execution mechanisms across Engineering Excellence, Transitions, Site Operations, and leadership engagements. Demonstrable progress against agreed strategic outcomes and continuous improvement priorities. Qualifications Competencies / Skills: Program Management Discipline - strong ability to integrate plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder commitments across complex initiatives. Stakeholder Management - able to influence without authority and align senior leaders, business partners, technology teams, corporate functions, and vendors. Executive Communication - able to synthesize complex inputs into clear, concise, and decision-oriented updates, narratives, and briefing materials. Governance & Controls - working knowledge of risk, compliance, data governance, access management, and control environments relevant to enterprise programs. Operational Excellence - ability to create structure, improve routines, standardize documentation, and keep forums focused on outcomes and accountability. Analytical Thinking - able to synthesize fragmented inputs, identify patterns, frame issues, and convert analysis into practical recommendations. Organizational Agility - understands how to navigate matrixed organizations and progress work through formal and informal channels. Priority Setting - able to distinguish critical few items from noise, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment. Problem Solving - takes a structured, fact-based approach to resolving blockers and enabling decisions. Collaboration and Teaming - builds trust, works across boundaries, and demonstrates ownership-oriented behavior. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent work experience. Project/program management certification, agile certification, data governance certification, or related credentials are preferred but not mandatory. Experience Required: 11-14 years of experience in program management, business operations, technology delivery, transformation, transition management, or related roles. Ability to work independently with limited direction, manage ambiguity, and bring structure to evolving priorities. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and leadership reporting needs. Demonstrated experience establishing integrated plans, RAID and decision logs, governance decks, executive summaries, and outcome tracking for complex programs. Experience coordinating across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, governance, corporate functions, and vendor teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook; working knowledge of Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools is an advantage. Desired: Experience in healthcare, data governance, risk governance, information security, enterprise access management, or technology transformation programs. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and apply sound judgment in stakeholder communications.
