Role Purpose Develop and manage production plans that effectively balance customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for the RAC ODU Assembly Line. Coordinate closely with the Production team to ensure adherence to production plans and achievement of output targets. Collaborate with Sales and Procurement teams to align customer demand forecasts, material availability, and production schedules. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address changes in demand, material supply, or operational constraints. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, productivity, and inventory management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools.
