At MWM , we are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Team Lead who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership. This is not a purely managerial position. You will lead and develop a team of Process Engineers while remaining actively involved in engineering design, technical calculations, and project execution. Your Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineers Plan and coordinate team priorities, workload, and technical activities Support engineers in solving complex technical challenges Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices Process Engineering & Project Delivery Remain actively involved in engineering projects and technical decision-making Develop and review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Perform engineering calculations, including heat balances and process analyses Calculate and define technical parameters for Balance of Plant (BoP) systems Prepare technical specifications for equipment and power plant systems Review and evaluate customer technical requirements and specifications Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and industry regulations Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, Customers, and other Engineering disciplines What We're Looking For You are an experienced Process Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role without losing touch with the technical side of engineering. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Several years of experience in Process Engineering Experience within power generation, energy, industrial equipment, machinery, or related industries Strong understanding of P&IDs, heat balances, engineering calculations, and equipment specifications Experience with gas engines, power plants, Balance of Plant systems , or a willingness to quickly learn in this area Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating engineering teams Ability to combine technical expertise with effective people leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional communication skills in English Benefits Grow with Us Build your career in an international environment with a global industry leader, where professional development and new opportunities are part of everyday work.
