Retail Pharmacy is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications to the general public, in accordance with legal, ethical and professional guidelines; may also consult with and advise patients and physicians regarding prescribed and over-the-counter medications. Job Summary The role of the Technician II, Retail Pharmacy plays an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities. This includes developing close relationships with patients in communities we serve and assisting the pharmacists in accurately preparing and delivering prescription medication. Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Schedule: Covering PTO and working on an as needed basi s Responsibilities Maintains professional working relationships, with all medical personnel. Understands that the requirements of working in a pharmacy Be available to the customer/patients and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with customers. Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Organizes and assists pharmacist Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients and ordering when needed Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Works with pharmacy team to ensure best practices are being followed with regards to 340B Qualifications 1-2 years of experience, preferred High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred Retail pharmacy technician related experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred May require vendor credentialing What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Adheres to all quality guidelines Works under moderate degree of supervision Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor Anticipated hourly range: $19.70 per hour - $25.29 per hour Bonus eligible : No Benefits: Paid time off in compliance with applicable laws Application window anticipated to close: 11/09/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
