PDE NPI PWF Process Engineer

Maximizes yield through optimization of tools, processes, and wafer fabrication recipes . Responsible for PWF process ( wet etching or lithography or plating or reflow process or PVD) , including development, maintenance, and optimization. Troubleshoots wafer fabrication issues and performs root cause analysis . Works closely with other process modules to understand, monitor, and control process deviations . Long‑term investigation of defect issues may require extensive collaboration with shift engineers and other functional teams. Evaluates products to ensure they meet design and performance specifications . Conducts research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommends process improvements or equipment changes necessary for efficient manufacturing of new products or part types.
