Then we’d love to meet you! Your contribution: Own and drive the end-to-end hardware procurement process, from demand planning and purchasing to delivery, returns, and invoice resolution. Ensure efficient and compliant purchase-to-pay operations across SAP S/4HANA and our procurement platforms. Partner closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels, stock availability, and asset management. Develop data-driven forecasting and replenishment strategies using analytics and AI to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and support sourcing and category management initiatives. Shape the future of procurement by standardizing processes, enhancing compliance, and driving automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Finance, Logistics, and the business to deliver reliable and scalable procurement operations. What you bring along: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, IT, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in operational procurement or purchasing, ideally within hardware, electronics, technical products, or other inventory-managed categories. Strong SAP MM knowledge and familiarity with modern procurement platforms such as ORO, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua. Solid understanding of supply chain management, including forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supplier lead times. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and an interest in leveraging data, AI, and digital tools to improve processes. Experience in process improvement, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies is a plus. Fluent German and English skills, combined with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach in an international environment.
