Job Details: Job Description: As a Module Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of advanced manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor production. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of electromechanical systems while supporting experiments and equipment modifications that drive cutting-edge advancements. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment. Execute setup, calibration, corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment, including wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets. Monitor tool performance and analyze data to identify and address equipment-related issues. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Document maintenance activities, repair findings, and parts usage using established systems and procedures. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects, focusing on equipment optimization and yield enhancements. Support cleanroom operations while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining full cleanroom attire. Behavioral trait: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and peers. Work Model: This position requires regular onsite presence to perform essential job responsibilities and support manufacturing operations. Shift Hours: Employees working Shift 4 (Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights) start their shift at 6:00 PM and finish at 6:30 AM. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research, relevant previous job, and/or internship experiences. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 2+ years of experience. Associate degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related discipline. HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 4+ years Field Service Engineer (2) level semiconductor maintenance experience HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 6+ years related hands on experience including military technical experience This position requires: Lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average) Climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average) Standing and walking for up to 80% of the workday. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation of electromechanical equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Proficiency with wet chemistry, plating, and/or dry high-vacuum equipment in a manufacturing or research environment. Experience using electrical/mechanical measuring devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and micrometers. Capability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $70,670.00-99,770.00 USD (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
