Al fine di ampliare il dipartimento Tax di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/a professionista che voglia proseguire il proprio percorso professionale in ambito International Tax. La risorsa si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività: Consulenza in materia di fiscalità internazionale; attività di pareristica e memorandum su tematiche fiscali complesse; attività di consulenza su operazioni straordinarie transfrontaliere (tax structuring, tax due diligence). Requisiti : Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza; abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato; ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale; il conseguimento di un master in diritto tributario costituisce un plus; ottime capacità di adattamento, analisi e problem solving.
