Job Description Key Responsibilities · Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making. · Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for DD&IT project investments. · Evaluate risks and opportunities, recommending actions to maximize value and business performance. · Monitor project and portfolio performance, providing early warning signals and resource recommendations. · Develop robust business cases and profitability analyses to support investment decisions. · Drive forecast accuracy through data integrity reviews and performance trend analysis. · Simplify and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support. Essential Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. · Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. · Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and investment decisions. · Demonstrated ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and recommend effective mitigation actions. · Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently. The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
