About You We are seeking an experienced Local Representative (Field Operations - Service) to join our team in Lismore . This is a permanent, field-based position reporting to the Service Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for managing service operations within your allocated area, including call-outs, preventative maintenance, repairs and customer support. You will work closely with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality service outcomes, while also supporting business growth opportunities where required. Manage customer and subcontractor requirements to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Reduce call-outs through proactive maintenance planning and delivery. Manage routine maintenance schedules to meet contractual obligations and performance targets. Support repair sales and business growth opportunities within your area. Order parts, raise purchase orders and manage receipt of equipment as required. Minimize equipment downtime through effective planning and proactive parts management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct field audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service requests. Attend customer meetings and provide technical advice when required. Support consultants with site inspections, tender walkthroughs and technical reporting. Assist Sales teams with service Repairs, Modernization projects and New Equipment opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will have A current Queensland Electrical license and driver's license with a good driving history. Trade qualifications as an Electrician, Fitter or Mechanic, with electronics experience is preferred Able to perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving with ease Sound IT skills and experience using digital systems and reporting tools. Possess commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer opportunities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing work activities from planning through to completion.
