As a Office of General Counsel (OGC) - Disputes and Claims Management - Senior Manager, you will focus on analyzing disputes, developing resolution strategies, and managing legal claims for clients. Within our OGC practice, you will provide strategic guidance and support across various industries, helping clients navigate complex disputes and mitigate potential risks. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the success of our firm. Responsibilities - Leading the analysis and resolution of complex disputes and claims for clients across various industries - Developing strategic legal approaches to minimize risks and manage claims effectively - Providing guidance and support to clients in navigating intricate legal challenges - Managing and directing teams through complex legal processes, confirming operational excellence - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within legal frameworks - Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback - Directing the team through ambiguity and challenging situations with composure - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team performance - Making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness - Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines - Overseeing the preparation and execution of legal strategies, including trial and arbitration preparation - Conducting thorough legal analysis and research to support case management and strategy development What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating proficiency in Claims Management Systems and Claims Resolution - Utilizing Legal Case Management (LCM) and Legal Compliance skills - Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful messages - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems - Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations - Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date October 30, 2026
