Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. キャタピラージャパンで、人と組織を支える仕事に携わってみませんか？ キャタピラージャパン明石事業所では、人事・労務業務をサポートする契約社員を募集しています。グローバル企業の人事部門で実務に携わりながら、 人事・労務に関する専門知識やビジネススキルを身につけることができるポジションです。 人事経験は問いません。法律を学ばれた方、人を支える仕事に興味のある方は大歓迎です。 人事労務サポートスタッフ（Labor & Employee Relations Support） 契約社員 主な業務内容 労務・従業員対応案件の進捗管理サポート データ入力および各種記録の管理 資料作成、ファイリング、文書管理 会議設定、議事録作成などの事務サポート Teams、SharePoint等を活用した情報管理 レポートや集計資料作成の補助 その他、人事部門運営に関するサポート業務 応募資格 必須条件 Excel、Word、PowerPointの基本操作 正確かつ丁寧な事務処理能力 機密情報を適切に取り扱える方 チームメンバーと円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方 歓迎条件 人事、総務、労務、営業事務などの実務経験または知識 Microsoft Teams、SharePointの利用経験・理解 大学等で労働法を学んだ経験や同等の知識 労働法や人事労務分野への関心 英語に抵抗のない方 データ分析業務の経験がある方 この仕事で得られる経験・スキル 人事・労務の基礎知識 労働法や就業ルールに関する理解 Microsoft 365を活用した業務スキル グローバル企業における人事業務の経験 求める人物像 人を支える仕事にやりがいを感じる方 守秘義務を守り、誠実に業務へ取り組める方 縁の下の力持ちとしてチームを支えられる方 人事・労務分野でキャリアの幅を広げたい方 This position requires working onsite five days a week.
