This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will support our HSE activities, contribute to maintaining high safety standards, and help foster a strong culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility. How you'll make an impact Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures and programs. Assist with HSE risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action planning. Participate in site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Support HSE trainings, safety briefings and awareness initiatives. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records and reports. Monitor and support the analysis of HSE performance indicators and metrics. Collaborate with different teams to strengthen our safety culture and environmental awareness. Support emergency preparedness and continuous improvement activities. Your background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in developing a career in Health, Safety and Environment. First practical experience in HSE through an internship or similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory. Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
