Finance Intern

Job Details: Job Description: In this position, you will support the Finance team in providing financial analysis, reporting, and business insights that enable effective decision-making. You will gain exposure to finance operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : • Support monthly financial close and variance explanations. • Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports summary and presentations. • Support budgeting/forecasting activities. • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. • Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives. • Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and reporting standards. • Participate in ad-hoc projects and business analysis assignments. Qualifications: You should be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Management or any relevant discipline to Finance or Accounting. Ideally looking for candidates available for a 6-month full time internship. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, such as Excel or similar platforms. Basic understanding of financial principles, including corporate accounting and forecasting. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work in cross-functional teams.
