How You'll Make an Impact Define and execute engineering strategies and roadmaps aligned with Insulation & Components business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop engineering leaders and teams across multiple locations. Drive operational excellence through governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Support contract reviews, proposal development, and resolution of complex engineering challenges. Oversee engineering budgets, resource planning, and performance management to achieve business goals. Identify emerging technologies, market trends, opportunities, and risks to support long-term growth. Foster collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business functions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including strategic planning and execution. Strong experience leading engineering organizations, developing talent, and driving organizational performance. Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and operational improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a global organization.
