Job Title : Embedded Software Engineer (Protocol Architecture / Private Communication) Job Responsibilities 负责CAT私有协议（EDDT、MAP、BDT、PGB等 ）在DCU平台上的需求分析、总体架构设计及核心框架定义。 负责协议通信架构、接口规范、消息定义及软件框架的设计、开发与维护。 主导核心协议模块的开发与全生命周期管理，确保系统具备良好的可靠性、可维护性及可扩展性。 负责协议相关功能的集成、调试、问题定位、性能优化及技术支持工作。 推动协议平台化建设，制定协议技术路线图，支持未来产品演进及平台迁移。 支持功能安全（Functional Safety）、网络安全（Cybersecurity）及软件质量流程相关工作。 负责关键技术难题攻关，并为团队提供技术指导和架构支持。 Qualifications: 计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。 10年以上嵌入式软件开发经验 ，具备大型软件项目开发及交付经验。 具备通信协议架构设计及软件框架设计经验 ，有从0到1搭建协议框架经验者优先。 精通C/C++开发，具备Linux平台软件开发经验。 熟悉CAN、CAN FD、Ethernet、TCP/IP、UDP、MQTT等通信技术及相关协议栈。 熟悉软件架构设计方法、API设计原则、多线程编程及系统性能优化。 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立推动复杂技术问题闭环。 具备良好的沟通协调能力和技术领导力，能够主导跨部门技术协作。 有车载电子、工程机械、工业控制、域控制器（DCU/VCU）等相关产品开发经验者优先。 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文技术文档；具备英文口语沟通能力者优先。 加分项（Nice to Have） 参与过CAT私有协议（EDDT、MAP、BDT、PGB等）设计或维护工作 。 具有协议平台化建设、软件框架重构或跨平台迁移项目经验。 Posting Dates: September 28, 2026 - October 8, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
