We are looking for: Senior Manager - Cloud Architecture Your future role: Taking end-to-end accountability for the delivery of large cloud transformation programs, from target-state design through go-live and stabilisation, Setting and defending the target-state cloud architecture and the migration path to it, then owning the plan, sequencing, cutover and risk that deliver it, Leading the data dimension of cloud programs - migration, data platform modernisation, and the data foundations that analytics and AI depend on, Judging where AI and GenAI genuinely create value in a transformation, and taking the chosen use cases into production with the governance to support them, Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts, Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients, Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth, Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, Managing client expectations and proactively addressing any issues or concerns, Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants, and technical staff to achieve project objectives, Contributing to the development and execution of the firm's cloud strategy, Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients. Apply if you have : Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology consulting, systems integration or cloud delivery leadership, including significant time in senior technical or architecture roles, Experience of owning financial KPIs and delivering against annual revenue or earnings targets End-to-end delivery accountability for at least two large-scale, complex cloud implementations in a consulting environment, covering design through go-live and post go-live support, Deep, current knowledge of at least one major cloud platform - AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud - with enough breadth across the others to lead an objective platform selection, Proactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services, Experience in cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, Demonstrated leadership of enterprise data migration or data platform modernisation, including data quality, lineage and governance, Experience of bringing AI or GenAI capability into production, including the data foundations and governance required to support it, Track record of managing budgets, third-party vendors and system integrators on programs of significant scale, Expertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients, maximizing the value of each relationship, Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise in cloud services, Presentations and pitches customization skills to align with the specific business and technical requirements of each client, Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm's strategic goals, Proficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, with confidence to write technical documentation e.g., solution design documents, and defend them in front of client architects. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, business, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred, Cloud certifications, German language proficiency (C1).
