Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive compliance process across all assigned locations. Ensure contractors and service workers meet applicable requirements, including background checks, drug screens, MVRs, licensing, insurance/COIs, and other required documentation. Track expiration dates, follow outstanding items through completion, and ensure compliance issues are addressed proactively. Administrative & Leadership Approvals: Maintain timely oversight of employee timecards, PTO requests, expense reports, Workday actions, staffing requests, performance documentation, and other Division Manager-level approvals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, strengthen compliance, and improve the customer and delivery-team experience. Develop solutions that can be standardized across multiple locations when appropriate. Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000 annually *The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
