Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for the Delivery Lead in Patras Office. The Delivery Lead in Patras Office will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading the Tech & Data capability in Patras, creating a high-performing engineering hub that delivers innovative technology solutions and data-driven products for clients and internal initiatives. As a senior leader, the Delivery Lead in Patras Office will define the local growth strategy, develop top engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Build, lead, and scale the Patras Tech & Data practice establishing a high-performing technology hub aligned with business priorities Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and career development Oversee the successful delivery of complex technology and data transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, operational excellence, and client satisfaction Collaborate with business and market leaders to support business development activities, identify growth opportunities, contribute to solutioning efforts, and strengthen the firm's technology presence in the region What you bring matters Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of hands-on technical experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing the design, delivery, and execution of complex technology initiatives Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, including cloud platforms, DevOps practices, AI/GenAI solutions, software engineering methodologies, and data platforms Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and contribute to business growth through strategic thinking, client engagement, and effective people leadership BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
