Your Team, Your Impact Support KGD (Known Good Die) product mass production (MP) quality for China optical module customers, including SMT bumping application support and first-level failure analysis (FA). What You Can Expect Assist in Handling Customer Feedback: Under supervision, assist in receiving, documenting, and preliminary analyzing customer quality complaints and return information. Participate in Problem Investigation: Cooperate with engineers in tracking 8D reports and collecting relevant production records, inspection data, etc. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collating customer quality data and participate in compiling monthly customer quality reports. Document Management: Assist in maintaining customer quality-related documents, such as quality agreements, customer-specific requirements, etc. What We're Looking For B achelor's or Master's majoring in Electronics, Microelectronics, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related science and engineering fields. Basic understanding of quality management tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why) is preferred; some knowledge of semiconductor packaging and testing processes is a plus. Good logic thinking and problem analysis skills. Serious and responsible in work, with strong learning ability and communication coordination skills. Proficiency in using Office software.
