Sommaire des responsabilités Relevant de la Chef, Gestion de catégories et base de données, le/la coordonnateur(trice) de base de données assure la création, la mise à jour et l’intégrité des données dans les logiciels de gestion des produits pour les bannières Uniprix et Proxim. Responsabilités • Procéder à la saisie des données nécessaires à la création de nouveaux Produits • Maintien à jour les prix coûtants et détails. • Assure l’intégrité et la fiabilité des données dans les systèmes. • Fourni un service à la clientèle auprès des membres et fournisseurs. • Supporte les différentes demandes en lien avec les systèmes POS. • Collabore avec l’équipe des coordonnateurs(trices) et gestionnaires de catégories. • Rédige les communications pour les membres. • Toutes autres tâches connexes. Exigences • Détenir un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire. • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (« D.E.C. ») ou tout autre formation pertinente. • Posséder une excellente connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office. • Faire preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et d’esprit d’équipe. • Démontrer une capacité d’apprentissage rapide et de solides habiletés de communication verbale et écrite. • Gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers tout en respectant des délais stricts. • Maîtriser le français. • Maitrise de l’anglais est un atout. The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
