Why this role is important to us The Alpha ABOR (Accounting Book of Records) service team you are joining gives client and external stakeholders access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like infrastructure, private equity and real estate. Our products help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities. What you will be responsible for As Alpha ABOR Services, Officer you will be responsible For managing client satisfaction working with internal/external operations teams and stakeholders to deliver consistent high quality of our services . Understanding client needs and agreed deliverables, work with your local and abroad teams to achieve the common goals, Supporting service deliveries for Account book of Record (ABOR) data and look- through data for Alternative funds to disclose the underlying investments in client specific formats. Contributing all the deliverables for responsible client are met in both timeliness and quality. Executing internal /external audits working with your team and HZ operation team. For other key duties including but not limited to: Working with internal /external operations teams and relationship managers to ensure client queries are timely and appropriately responded to maintain client satisfaction levels at high. The day to day management, Proactively identifying client needs and addressing potential issues impacting client satisfaction. Participating periodic KPI / service review meetings and materials preparation Always demonstrating adherence to our risk and compliance culture and demonstrate highest integrity, earning our clients’ trust everyday Understanding client needs and suggesting improved service enhancements working effectively with internal/external operation teams to provide enhanced services, creating strong relationships with operations teams . Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor/ Graduate Degree from University (required). Experience in the financial services industry (at least 5 years) Fluent in Japanese (required) and English language communication skills Excellent business understanding of trustee and alternative fund service. Working knowledge of trustee and alternative fund service. Highly organized, highly attentive to detail, driven and able to work independently to drive change and excellent outcomes for clients Experience working in trustee and alternative fund service , or Barra/Aladdin data management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Are effective at working across large global organizations to identify those with the knowledge/answers to quickly and effectively respond to client queries and issues.
