Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators) 2. Lead and supervise technical teams 3. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs 4. Coordinate technical projects and renovations 5. Manage vendor and contractor relationships 6. Review and report on monthly work activities 7. Execute energy-saving programs 8. Conduct regular team meetings 9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering • Certification: SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate Level (SKA/SKK Ahli Perawatan Bangunan Gedung Tingkat Madya) • Experience: Minimum 5 years in building operations • Value Added: Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (K3L) Certificate Location: –Jakarta, Indonesia If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
