Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. -Assessment of fire system at the campus -Co-ordination with stake holders for legal requirement and support client for statutory obligations such as Fire CC renewal/ GAS Bank Fire NOC renewal/ Organizing the periodical fire safety training to employees, etc. -Emergency response coordination -Inspection as per checklist on LSS -Preparation and conducting Mockdrill -Co-ordination with vendor for Servicing -Lead and execute EHS activities to ensure that we are effectively executing on EHS management procedures and other regulations, audits/inspections and projects. -Obtain legal permits related to EHS. -Capable to make recommendations to improve current EHS programs and policies. -Act as an SME in projects and supports less complex investigations as a member in cross functional teams. -You will contribute to a zero injury culture and will be responsible for on the job training for EHS related topics to site personnel. -You create safety awareness among site personnel and contractors and performs observation rounds. -Conduct the periodical gap assessment/ Fire safety audits in the facility and ensure up to date compliance. -Work permit Approval and Zero tolerance -Coordinate with site team and updating Fire impairment tracker -Conduct the periodical trainings and promoting the fire safety awareness to the team and -support to enhance the system implementation and increase the awareness. -Capable to adapt the available technology to move forward with a desired expectations. -Capable to drive for the effective results by the excellent presentation skills and strive for continual improvements. -Excellent communication skills and appropriate interpretation of the scenarios. -Collaborate with authorities. -Having the appropriate qualification in Fire safety portfolio and relevant trainings & certifications to have authorization to work as Fire Officer.
