Dans ce cadre, au sein de l’équipe HC Opérations, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé de projet SIRH Senior afin de structurer, fiabiliser et valoriser la Data RH, afin d’accompagner la prise de décision du management. Missions principales · Garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence et la gouvernance de la Data RH dans les systèmes d’information RH, principalement Workday. · Concevoir, produire et maintenir des KPI RH pertinents à destination du management. · Assurer l’alimentation, la fiabilisation et l’évolution du tableau de bord RH firme. · Mettre sous surveillance la qualité des données RH afin de fiabiliser les KPI RH. · Contribuer à l’harmonisation des processus RH firme et des solutions RH en lien avec les équipes Transformation et SIRH France. · Piloter la centralisation et l’optimisation de la data RH dans Workday afin d’évoluer vers une alimentation de la paie automatisée via Workday · Apporter une expertise conseil auprès des collaborateurs, des équipes RH, et du management sur les enjeux liés à la data RH. Profil recherché · Bac +5 avec 5 ans d’expérience en Data RH / SIRH. · Bonne maîtrise de Workday ou d’un SIRH équivalent. · Forte appétence pour la digitalisation et l’automatisation des processus RH. · Expertise avancée en Excel, KPI RH et qualité de la donnée. · Rigueur analytique, sens élevé de la confidentialité.
