Job Description: Job Description The Mainframe Software Division (MSD) at Broadcom is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our operations team and support our mission of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will work closely with Business Operations personnel and department managers to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data. You will create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. General Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from multiple sources and systems Report on progress toward attainment of headcount targets. Work with finance, as well as the individual disciplines in the MSD organization, to forecast headcount by organization and location. Drive the integrity of our headcount management systems. Regular review of customers submitting telemetry reports and reminders when they are not submitted to ensure we have access to where our IP is being used. Escalate to management, as required, for those customers who are non-responsive. Work specifically with our product licensing and customer compliance teams to ensure all updates are happening on a timely basis to ensure data integrity. Track and report on operational execution against goals for our licensing and compliance teams through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor historic performance and identify bottlenecks. Identify of impact and business risk. Contribute to the definition of enhancements to current dashboards and support the development of new metrics and dashboards for business operations. With all metrics, perform data clean-up and quality checks to ensure metrics remain accurate and reliable. Assist in Root cause analysis for operational issues and performance gaps Sills Required Advanced Excel and / or Google Sheet skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Strong emotional intelligence skills Job-Specific Authority and Scope Work is independent and collaborative in nature Provides regular updates to manager on project status Business Travel and Physical Demands Business travel of approximately 10 or less percent yearly is expected for this position. Physical demands: Office environment. No special physical demands are required. Preferred Education: Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience; at this level postgraduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 3+ years of related experience Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 73,100.00 To USD 117,000.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
