Responsabilidades Principales: Mantener alta satisfacción del cliente mediante cumplimiento de KPIs y encuestas trimestrales Asegurar integración efectiva entre Project Management, Real Estate Management y Facilities Management Administrar presupuesto de cuenta y garantizar cumplimiento financiero Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión con el cliente Cumplir con requisitos contractuales, metas de KPI y estándares éticos Liderar equipos multiculturales, estableciendo objetivos claros y brindando retroalimentación continua Promover cultura de seguridad y eficiencia energética Gestionar relación con proveedores externos y terceros Requisitos: Educación: Licenciatura (preferible en Ingeniería o áreas afines) Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en Facility Management Idiomas: Inglés avanzado y español (indispensable) Habilidades financieras: Conocimiento de presupuestos, P&L y ahorro de costos Liderazgo: Capacidad para influir, inspirar y construir equipos de alto rendimiento Deseable: Experiencia en manufactura, ambientes de trabajo dinámicos, hospitalidad o MBA Location: On-site –Ciudad de Mexico,MEX, Tijuana,MEX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
