Job Description Descripción de la posición: La persona seleccionada participará en proyectos enfocados en optimización de procesos, automatización, digitalización de herramientas y soporte a operaciones logísticas dentro de un entorno dinámico de manufactura. Esta posición ofrece una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar experiencia práctica en ingeniería industrial, logística, cadena de suministro y transformación digital. Principales responsabilidades: Brindar soporte a iniciativas y proyectos del área de Ingeniería Industrial. Participar en proyectos de automatización y digitalización de procesos y sistemas. Desarrollar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a reportes y dashboards utilizando Power BI. Apoyar actividades relacionadas con seguridad, ergonomía y eficiencia operativa. Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua para optimizar procesos y reducir desperdicios. Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos de Logística y Global Supply Chain (GSC). Dar seguimiento a actividades relacionadas con embarques y movimiento de materiales internos y externos. Analizar datos y generar reportes para apoyar la toma de decisiones. Realizar proyecto para reducción de tiempos, Optimizar espacios, automatizaciones y recursos Interactuar en piso y oficina para documentación del proyecto Requisitos : Escolaridad Estudiante activo de: Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales O carreras afines. Estudiante activo con seguro facultativo vigente. Fechas de graduación o término de materias en diciembre 2027 o posterior. Disponibilidad para trabajar 30 horas semanales mínimas en horario matutino . Modalidad 100% presencial . Duración mínima de 12 meses en el programa de becario. Disponibilidad para laborar de lunes a viernes . Conocimientos: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Google Workspace. Power BI. Procesos logísticos y cadena de suministro. Procesos de manufactura y mejora continua. Comercio internacional. Idioma Inglés intermedio/avanzado. Capacidad para participar en reuniones y mantener comunicación profesional en inglés. Competencias: Pensamiento analítico. Organización y atención al detalle. Trabajo en equipo. Comunicación efectiva. Proactividad e iniciativa. Orientación a resultados. Capacidad para trabajar con datos y resolver problemas.
