Field Fleet Manager

Job Description Act as a Customer Success representative for fleet customers and dealers within the region, ensuring compliance with Fleet Services standards, the commercial development of the network, and priority support for strategic customers to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with dealers in the assigned area, en}suring compliance with Fleet Services sales and service standards. Conduct periodic visits to the network to verify standards, identify gaps, and agree on action plans. Follow up on and provide visibility into the fleet scorecard with each dealer, promoting continuous improvement of key indicators. Drive fleet customer prospecting, sales, and retention processes across the network, aligned with fleet sales objectives. Develop and maintain close relationships with key fleet customers in the assigned area. Actively listen to customers, identify pain points, and trigger internal actions to improve the experience. Coordinate with the CAC and internal areas to manage and escalate critical aftersales cases, especially vehicles immobilized due to lack of parts or complex diagnostics. Serve as the visible point of contact for key customers on aftersales and experience matters, ensuring clear communication and follow-up through resolution. Provide internal feedback to Sales, Quality, Service, Parts, and Customer Success on recurring issues and improvement opportunities by customer, model, or dealer. Requirements: 5 years of experience as fleet area manager: knowledge of vehicle technical issues; data analysis to discuss forecasts, results, and analysis for each dealer; experience managing a dealer network and working with customers; English: Advanced Bachelor's degree or engineering degree - Desirable in Electrical or Automotive Mechanic Availability to trav el General Motors is committed to being a workplace that is not only free of unlawful discrimination, but one that genuinely fosters inclusion and belonging.
