As we continue to strengthen our Vaccines business, we have created a new leadership opportunity for an Associate Director, Government & Established Vaccines to drive strategic growth, shape customer engagement and maximise public health impact across Australia. This is a high-profile role that sits at the intersection of government partnerships, commercial strategy and vaccine delivery, offering the opportunity to influence outcomes that help protect communities nationwide. The Role Reporting to Vice President and Business Unit Director, you will lead the development and execution of strategies across our Government and Established Vaccines portfolio. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, strengthen key partnerships and ensure the successful delivery of commercial and public health objectives. You will provide strategic leadership across market access, customer engagement, business planning and cross-functional collaboration, while fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Government & Established Vaccines business strategy to deliver sustainable growth. Build and strengthen relationships with government, public health and key healthcare stakeholders. Identify and execute opportunities to expand vaccination uptake and improve patient outcomes. Partner across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives. Provide leadership, coaching and development to a high-performing team. Monitor market dynamics and shape strategic responses to emerging opportunities and challenges. Why You? We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with: Significant experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare or a related industry. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Experience working with government customers, healthcare systems or public health environments. Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities.
