Position Summary You will support GSK’s legal contracting and operations in India. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial and service agreements. You will work with business teams, procurement, and external counsel to manage legal risk and deliver clear, practical advice. We value curious, collaborative people who want to grow. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, amendments and related documents. - Support contract lifecycle management using our CLM tools and follow required governance and process. - Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel to provide timely, practical legal advice. - Track and support management of legal spend, including alternative fee arrangements and billing guidelines. - Assist with litigation or dispute matters by coordinating with internal teams and external counsel. - Help improve templates, playbooks and training materials to make contracting faster and clearer. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent and admission to practice where applicable. - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role. - Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating commercial and service contracts. - Practical familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools or strong willingness to learn. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Willingness to work occasional flexible hours to support global stakeholders. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with technology, IT or digital services contracts, including software as a service. - Familiarity with alternative fee arrangements, budgeting and legal spend controls. - Prior experience on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional contracts. - Experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries. - Exposure to litigation support, investigations or dispute resolution matters. - Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws relevant to commercial agreements.
