Working location: Current: 7th Floor, Vtrust Tower, #Plot A, Street 169, Phum 12, Sangkat Vealvong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh Cambodia (location pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QCs6VS61XKqJsDZF6 ) To be transitioned to (timeline to be confirmed): Techo International Airport, Taprum Village, Boeng Khyang Commune, Kandal Stung District, Kandal Province, Cambodia (location pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1o5epBRdn2GzrSwD7 ) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the export and import air shipments (export makes up most shipments) As a primary point of contact for customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction by high-quality & timely service in cooperation with customers, colleagues, and overseas counterparts Execution of daily operations, ensuring to meet KPIs, and handling customer reports Arrangement of truck, packing, customs clearance, air space booking, transport document issuance, communication, billing, etc. for air exports & import, cross trades Simple negotiation, vendor management, GP maximization, SOP creation & adherence, troubleshooting, other ad-hoc assignments Data processing and reports Other tasks assigned by line manager CRITICAL COMPETENCIES At least 02 years’ professional experience at customer-facing role(s) in 3PL / logistics industry . Direct experience in airfreight export is a big plus . Obsessive customer-centricity Solid teamwork skills Language proficiency: Native Khmer level and Professional English level . Ability to work with good self-organization, accuracy, and priority even under pressure Strong interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal stakeholders General numeric skills Work overtime whenever there is a business need Pro-active/independent initiative & job ownership/commitment "Can-do" attitude & willingness to learn and try new things Mindset to always challenge status quo for improvements Proficient at MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) #LI-DNI Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
