AI Enablement & Solutions Lead

Salary Range: Job Description Summary We are looking for a proactive, hands-on AI Enablement & Solutions Lead to accelerate AI adoption across Novartis Portugal. You will work directly with teams to understand their challenges, identify high-value opportunities and rapidly turn them into proofs of solution using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and approved connected platforms. This is not a role that waits for requests. You will actively engage teams, shape a prioritize pipeline, build and test solutions with users, measure value and help scale what works within our security, privacy, ethics and governance requirements. Job Description What makes this role different? ✅ Build, test and scale AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and enterprise-approved technologies ✅ Work directly with teams to identify pain points and convert them into practical solutions ✅ Remove obstacles, connect stakeholders and help turn ideas into execution ✅ Partner across Business, DDIT, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy and Security ✅ Measure value, adoption and impact, not just implementation ✅ Help shape the future of responsible AI in a highly regulated environment We're looking for someone who: 🔹 Is genuinely hands-on and enjoys building solutions, not only managing projects, experience delivering AI, low-code or automation solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Automate. 🔹 Can move quickly from idea to prototype - Project or product delivery discipline, including prioritization, testing, adoption and value measurement. 🔹 Is an exceptional problem solver and natural collaborator 🔹 Acts as an unblocker, bringing people together and helping teams make progress 🔹 Experience integrating workflows across platforms through approved connectors, APIs or enterprise integration patterns. 🔹 Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists· 🔹 Ability to connect business problems with practical technology solutions and move quickly from discovery to a working prototype. 🔹 Clear understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security and human oversight in an enterprise environment. 🔹 Fluent English. Portuguese is strongly preferred. Experience in pharma, healthcare or another regulated sector is an advantage. Why join us?
