Our platform enables AI agents to transact under human-defined rules through programmable spending policies, deterministic authorization, and a verifiable transaction ledger. As AI transforms how people interact with technology, commerce, and financial services, Payle is building the infrastructure that will make autonomous transactions possible. We are a remote-first, async-first startup operating across four countries. We are looking for creative people who want to help explain the future of AI and fintech to a global audience. ### The Role We are looking for a **native English-speaking YouTube Host & Content Creator** to become an on-camera voice of Payle and help build our YouTube presence from the ground up. This is an opportunity for a confident, charismatic, and creative communicator who enjoys presenting, interviewing interesting people, exploring emerging technologies, and turning complex ideas into engaging video content. You will be responsible for developing and hosting YouTube episodes, conducting interviews and podcasts, creating educational and entertaining content, and helping viewers discover Payle and understand our product. You will work directly with the founder and collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy, production, distribution, and channel growth. We are looking for someone who can do more than read a script. You should be comfortable on camera, capable of leading a conversation, asking thoughtful questions, researching topics independently, and developing a recognizable presentation style. You will help shape the channel's identity, build an audience interested in AI and technology, and turn that audience into awareness and interest in Payle. ### What You Will Own **1. YouTube Hosting & Original Episodes** 1. Host regular YouTube episodes covering AI agents, fintech, payments, e-commerce, startups, and emerging technology. 2. Research topics and develop compelling episode concepts, narratives, and scripts. 3. Explain complex technical and financial concepts in an accessible and engaging way. 4. Develop recurring video series that give viewers a reason to return to the channel. 5. Present product explainers, demonstrations, commentary, and educational videos that introduce audiences to Payle. 6. Develop a distinctive on-camera presence and help establish the channel's personality. 7. Collaborate with the founder and marketing team on editorial priorities and upcoming episodes. **2. Podcasts & Interviews** 1. Host podcast-style conversations with founders, AI researchers, developers, fintech executives, investors, and other relevant guests. 2. Research guests and prepare interview questions that generate insightful conversations. 3. Conduct remote interviews and, where practical, participate in in-person recordings. 4. Guide conversations naturally, ask follow-up questions, and make technical subjects accessible to a broader audience. 5. Identify interesting people and emerging companies that could become guests or content collaborators. 6. Turn longer interviews into multiple pieces of content for YouTube Shorts and other social platforms. **3. Video Production & Content Development** 1. Participate in the complete content creation process, from topic research and preparation to recording and publication. 2. Develop video hooks, titles, episode structures, and concepts designed to attract and retain viewers. 3. Work with editors and other team members to produce polished, engaging videos. 4. Where needed, independently handle basic filming, recording, editing, and post-production. 5. Review edits and provide feedback on pacing, storytelling, visual presentation, and overall quality. 6. Repurpose long-form episodes into short-form videos, clips, highlights, and promotional content. 7. Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and contribute ideas for improving the channel. **4. Product Discovery & Brand Awareness** 1. Create content that helps potential users understand what Payle does, who it serves, and why its technology matters. 2. Develop product demonstrations, use-case videos, explainers, and educational content. 3. Integrate Payle naturally into relevant episodes without making every video feel like a traditional advertisement. 4. Help viewers move from discovering the channel to visiting the website, exploring the SDK, or learning more about the product. 5. Work with the marketing team to align content with product launches, company milestones, and growth initiatives. 6. Identify video topics that attract relevant developers, founders, e-commerce businesses, and potential customers. **5. YouTube Growth & Audience Development** 1. Help develop the channel's content and publishing strategy. 2. Experiment with titles, thumbnails, video formats, opening hooks, and episode lengths. 3. Monitor views, watch time, audience retention, returning viewers, and subscriber growth. 4. Identify which topics and formats generate meaningful engagement and repeat viewership. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team on distribution across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. 6. Use performance data to improve future episodes and develop repeatable content formats. 7. Contribute to a sustainable channel that grows its audience and creates long-term value for Payle. ### What We Look For **Required:** 1. Native English proficiency, with excellent pronunciation, fluency, and the ability to communicate naturally on camera. 2. Strong presentation skills and the confidence to host episodes, interviews, and podcast-style conversations. 3. A genuine interest in AI, technology, fintech, startups, or digital commerce. 4. Excellent communication, storytelling, research, and interviewing skills. 5. The ability to explain complex subjects in clear, engaging language. 6. Creativity, initiative, and the ability to develop original content ideas. 7. Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment. 8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recording schedules and content deadlines. 9. A willingness to experiment, receive feedback, and continuously improve presentation and content quality. **Preferred:** 1. Previous experience as a YouTube host, presenter, podcast host, journalist, interviewer, or video creator. 2. A portfolio of published videos, interviews, podcasts, or other on-camera work. 3. Familiarity with YouTube Studio, video analytics, content strategy, and audience retention. 4. Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. 5. Experience interviewing founders, technical professionals, or industry experts. 6. Familiarity with AI agents, APIs, fintech infrastructure, payments, or e-commerce. 7. Experience growing a YouTube channel or building a personal brand through video. ### The Practical Challenge — Required to Join the Team We believe candidates should demonstrate their ability to create compelling content rather than rely exclusively on a CV. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be asked to complete a practical video challenge. The challenge will include: 1. **On-camera introduction:** Record a short video introducing yourself and explaining an interesting development in AI or fintech. 2. **Product storytelling:** Prepare a short video explaining Payle's product to someone without a technical background. 3. **Interview simulation:** Demonstrate how you would interview a founder, developer, or technology executive. 4. **Content planning:** Propose three YouTube episode ideas, including titles, target audiences, and the reasoning behind each concept. 5. **Creative judgment:** Explain how you would turn a long-form episode into multiple short-form videos and promote the content across social media.
