Hinter Henry Hildebrandt stehen über 500.000 Follower auf Instagram, ein SPIEGEL-Bestseller und TEDx-Auftritte, und genau diese Reichweite willst du mit deinen Designs weiter wachsen lassen. Als Teil unseres Marketing- und Social-Media-Teams gestaltest du Grafiken für unsere Kanäle und kümmerst dich um die YouTube-Thumbnails, die darüber entscheiden, ob ein Video geklickt wird. Im ersten Monat lernst du unsere Marke und Gestaltungsrichtlinien kennen und setzt direkt deine ersten eigenen Thumbnails um. Die Stelle ist als unbefristeter Minijob (geringfügige Beschäftigung) mit rund 10 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt und komplett remote. Das erwartet dich Konzeption und Design von aufmerksamkeitsstarken YouTube-Thumbnails Erstellung von Bild- und Grafikmaterial für verschiedene Social-Media-Kanäle Weiterentwicklung unseres visuellen Auftritts in Abstimmung mit dem Team Was du mitbringst Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Designprogrammen wie Photoshop oder Figma Gespür für aktuelle Trends auf YouTube und Social Media Erfahrung in der Erstellung von digitalen Inhalten Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Wenn du dich in den Anforderungen wiederfindest und Lust hast, visuelle Akzente zu setzen, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung – auch wenn du nicht jeden Punkt zu hundert Prozent erfüllst.
