**About HumanizedText × Neutals:** HumanizedText is a subsidiary of Neutals and is currently working closely with Neutals AI Lab to create significantly better content for its experimental projects. Neutals is building infrastructure and workflows for high-quality AI training data. We specialize in data annotation, AI-ready datasets, and the technology needed to make AI development faster, more reliable, and more scalable. **About the Role:** We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our early team and help build the software behind our data and AI workflows. You’ll work closely with the Terminal bench projects based on requirements. You’ll have the opportunity to work across Dynamic environment systems, APIs, databases, automation, and frontend interfaces depending on project needs. **What You’ll Work On:** Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and internal tools Develop systems to manage AI/data annotation workflows Automate repetitive operational and data-processing tasks Work with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability Debug issues and ship practical solutions quickly Collaborate directly with the founding team on new products and experiments **What We’re Looking For:** Strong programming fundamentals Experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar Understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and software development practice Ability to write clean, maintainable code Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment Willingness to learn and work across different parts of the stack **Nice to Have:** Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar frameworks Experience with cloud platforms and Docker Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or data annotation platforms Experience building internal tools, automation systems, or SaaS products **Who This Role Is For:** We’re open to fresh graduates, early-career engineers, and experienced developers who are strong technically and want to take real ownership in an early-stage company.
